How it started

Yup, that's me. 

I learned a lot by watching my Dad cook amazing meals for me and my sister growing up. On weekends, the TV was always on playing episode of Jacques & Julia. He also made me taste everything and helped me develop my palate. 

 

Besides cooking, my Dad has a love for gardening, and collecting wine... all of which he included me in.

Julia Child Foundation

As the Event Manager for the Julia Child Foundation’s 10-Year Anniversary Award Series, I led the production of a nationwide dinner series celebrating past award recipients.

 

Traveling across the country, I curated and coordinated special dining experiences that highlighted the legacy of Julia Child, which culminated in the 10th Anniversary Food History Gala & Award Ceremony at the Smithsonian Museum of American History.

TILE TABLE
Supper Club

Founded by my co-chef Isabel Kagan and I, Tile Table supper club began in January of 2018 as an idea to creatively bring our friends together to eat dinner around our 14 seat tile table. The mission is a curate experimental and immersive dining experiences that invite our guests to share our joy of cooking in a whimsical, intimate and creatively engaging setting.

Tile Table has not currently returned to the kitchen post COVID-19.
