FEED • YOUR • CONSCIOUSNESS

Everything you consume, shapes who you become.

From the food we eat to the stories we carry, every experience leaves its imprint. My work weaves together diverse disciplines, because meaningful change rarely comes from a single way of seeing the world.

Something brought you here

Perhaps you're following a thread

Sometimes we know something is asking for our attention long before we know exactly what it needs. Whether it's an idea, a business, a relationship, or a new way of living, we can feel the pull toward something more intentional. Perhaps that's the thread that brought you here.

  • Seeking grounded guidance that honors both intuition and discernment, without asking you to choose between science, spirituality, or lived experience.

  • Curious about plant medicine, herbalism, ritual, or contemplative practice, and wanting to build a relationship rooted in respect rather than consumption.

  • Building something meaningful--a business, creative practice, retreat, or new chapter of life, and wanting the outer expression to reflect the depth of the work behind it.

  • Looking for clarity amidst the noise of wellness trends, conflicting advice, and endless information, while holding onto a sense of curiosity.

  • Ready to deepen a path you've already begun, with guidance that values relationship over quick answers.

  • Carrying experiences that changed the way you see the world, and wanting to integrate them into the way you live, create, and relate.

  • Longing for community where thoughtful conversation, genuine curiosity, and shared growth matter more than certainty.

If you found yourself nodding along, you're in the right place.

This is the place for people who want to become thoughtful stewards of whatever matters most to them.

Why Thyme/Space?

The life you want isn't created by one breakthrough.

We often think transformation begins with a single breakthrough—a ceremony, a conversation, a retreat, or a moment of insight.

Those moments can change us, but they rarely sustain us on their own. Like a thriving ecosystem, every element influences the whole. Lasting change grows from what we choose to care for each day: our relationships, our health, our creativity, our communities, our environments, and the practices that quietly shape our lives.

Stewardship is the ongoing practice of tending to what matters with attention, humility, and intention.

Thyme/Space exists to help support those conditions.

“Simone's presence combines a breadth of knowledge, experience, and practice with intuition, attunement, and connection to the person she's working with. I wholeheartedly recommend her for anyone considering this type of work.”

A philosophy of intentional living

Many paths,

one shared question

Modern culture encourages us to separate knowledge into disciplines—to specialize, categorize, and become known for one thing.

Life doesn't work that way.

The challenges we face rarely fit into a single category. Neither should the ways we approach them.

That's why I don't see food, design, plant medicine, community, or ritual as separate pursuits. I see them as different expressions of the same question:

What helps people flourish?

My work weaves together these perspectives to cultivate the conditions where lasting transformation can take root.

Each element below represents one thread in that larger tapestry

A different way of cultivating environments that nourish the body, the mind, the spirit, and the communities we belong to.

Food

Nourishes the body while creating opportunities for presence, generosity, and connection.

Nature

Reminds us that growth unfolds in seasons—not on demand.

Design

The environments we create quietly influence how we think, feel, and relate.

Community

Transformation deepens when it is witnessed, challenged, and supported by others.

Ritual

Small, repeated practices shape our lives more profoundly than occasional moments of inspiration.

Curiosity

Every meaningful transformation begins with the willingness to ask a better question.

Where would you like to begin?

Meet Simone

A lifelong student, interdisciplinary artist, practitioner, and weaver.

My work has been shaped by years of studying with teachers across traditions while remaining grounded in curiosity, humility, and practice. Drawing from ethnobotany, plant medicine support, culinary arts, design, music, ecology, and contemplative traditions, I've come to see these disciplines not as separate paths, but as different ways of understanding what helps people flourish.

I don't claim to have all the answers. My role is to listen deeply, continue learning, honor the lineages and communities that have entrusted me with knowledge, and thoughtfully weave those insights into work that is practical, creative, and deeply human.

Everything I offer is rooted in the belief that wisdom is something we steward—not something we own.

"Simone created an environment where we felt nurtured, seen,
understood and accepted. At the wise old age of 57 I can say she is truly wise beyond her years. There was clear intention behind every choice she made, and she anticipated not only what was needed in the moment but what we would need next."

Becoming a Better Student of Time

One of my deepest areas of study right now is Mayan Cosmovision through teachings rooted in the Tz'utujil Maya tradition and my ongoing cacao and pataxte studies. More than learning a calendar or philosophy, I'm learning what it means to develop a relationship with time—approaching each day with greater attention, gratitude, and curiosity.

It's reminding me that transformation isn't only found in extraordinary moments. More often, it's cultivated through the way we meet ordinary days with intention.

Let's cultivate together.

Whether you're seeking clarity, building something meaningful, or simply looking for a place where curiosity, beauty, and intentional living are welcomed, I'd love to meet you where you are.
